Markieff Morris (calf) could be cleared to return to action Tuesday against the Warriors.

Morris (calf) could be cleared to return to action Tuesday against the Warriors, CSN Mid-Atlantic's J. Michael reports. "[Morris] said he could've played [Sunday against the Lakers] if he wanted to," teammate John Wall said. "But I'm like, 'I'd rather you rest and get ready for [Tuesday].'"

Analysis:

The Wizards were able to ward off the Lakers without the assistance of Morris, who missed his first game since joining the team at the trade deadline. It appears the calf discomfort that forced him out of Friday's game against the Timberwolves isn't significant, so though Morris technically remains questionable to play Tuesday, it seems more likely than not that he'll be back in the starting five. Nene Hilario would move back to a bench role in that scenario.
