Analysis:

Noel was not on the injury report heading into the evening, but was declared a game-time decision as tip-off approached. It has no been determined that he will indeed sit-out. Expect Carl Landry to to start in Noel's place. The severity of NOel's knee injury is currently unknown, so consider him day-to-day going forward. The 76ers next play Saturday against the Trail Blazers.
