Analysis:

The Raptors followed the same template Friday against the Celtics, as Valanciunas was active for that contest, but only as an emergency option. The team will use its two inactive spots for Patrick Patterson (ankle) and DeMarre Carroll (knee). Though Valanciunas will likely log his fourth straight absence, he does seem to be progressing in his recovery from a left hand contusion, and could be cleared to play in the team's next game Wednesday versus the Celtics.
