Ginobili will get a night of rest after Monday's loss to the Pacers, with fellow vets Tim Duncan (rest) and Tony Parker (toe) also sitting out Tuesday. Starting shooting guard Danny Green could see increased run as a result, while Jonathon Simmons and the newly acquired Kevin Martin could also soak up some extra minutes. Look for Ginobili to reclaim his usual sixth man role Thursday against the Bulls.
