Noel missed the Sixers' last two games with a right knee bruise, but it was never considered anything serious, and after practicing Tuesday, it looks like he's not at much risk of missing further time. Jahlil Okafor (shin) has already been ruled out, so Noel could see increased minutes at the center spot, assuming he's not facing any sort of knee-related minute restriction.
