Burks' return from a fractured tibia he suffered in late December has taken longer than initially expected, as there was some optimism he'd be back around the All-Star break. With that timeline having since passed and Burks' activity still limited, it looks like he can't be counted on to return until the second half of March, at the earliest. His ongoing absence will continue to result in starting shooting guard Rodney Hood regularly seeing 30-plus minutes.
