Gay (shoulder) is listed as doubtful for Wednesday's matchup with the Grizzlies, Jason Jones of the Sacramento Bee reports.

Analysis:

Gay missed Monday's contest with a strained right shoulder, and he apparently hasn't made much progress over the last two days. The Kings are yet to officially rule him out, but it appears that's the direction in which he's headed. Check back prior to tip-off for an official ruling on his status. If Gay doesn't play, expect Omri Casspi to again pick up some extra minutes at small forward.
