Analysis:

The Clippers replaced Ayres on the roster with Alex Stepheson, was signed to a 10-contract last week. Ayres will now head back to the D-League's Idaho Stampede following his five-game stint with the Clippers, during which he averaged 1.2 points and 0.6 rebounds over 2.8 minutes.
