Evan Fournier will continue starting at small forward for at least the next few games

Fournier will continue starting at small forward for at least the next few games, Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Analysis:

Fournier has been hot lately and handled his three straight games of playing 40-plus minutes before the All-Star break without showing many signs of fatigue, so it makes sense that Coach Scott Skiles would stick with his third year man at small forward. At this point, with Tobias Harris shipped off to Detroit, the biggest threat to Fournier's playing time is an emerging Aaron Gordon, especially since the acquisition of Ersan Ilyasova means Gordon won't be getting as much time at the four spot. Still, as Skiles try to figure out how to utilize his new-look unit, a stable player like Fournier is a pretty solid bet on getting consistent action.
