Amar'e Stoudemire will start again Friday against the Hornets

Stoudemire will start again Friday against the Hornets, Jason Lieser of the Palm Beach Post reports.

Analysis:

Hassan Whiteside will come off the bench for the second straight game as he continues to work back toward full strength after missing six games with an oblique injury. As such, the veteran Stoudemire will remain in a starting role Friday, though he's unlikely to see more than 20-25 minutes. Whiteside figures to return to a starting role at some point, though coach Erik Spoelstra declined to elaborate on his plans for the center spot beyond Friday.
