Tyreke Evans: Will not play Wednesday

Evans (knee) will not return to action Wednesday versus the Spurs, Paul Garcia of Project Spurs reports.

Analysis:

This news does not come as much of a surprise considering Evans' doubtful status heading into the evening, and he will now miss his fourth consecutive game. Bryce Dejean-Jones will likely continue starting in Evans' absence. Evans' next opportunity to return will be Thursday versus the Lakers. Expect an update on his status prior to tip-off.
