Cleveland Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love left Wednesday night's contest against the Los Angeles Lakers after suffering a shoulder contusion.

Love was seen heading to the locker room with his shoulder dangling from his arm. It's the same shoulder that forced him to miss the majority of the 2015 NBA playoffs.

However, the Cavaliers do not believe the injury is a major one, according to ESPN's Dave McMenamin.

Love is averaging 15.8 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 2.4 assists in 2015-16, while shooting 41.9 percent from the field and 36.7 percent from beyond the arc.

The UCLA product has struggled with injuries throughout his young career, and has never played an entire 82-game season.

If Love is out for an extended period, it would be a huge blow to the Cavaliers, who own a slim two-game lead over the red-hot Toronto Raptors in the Eastern Conference.
