J.J. Redick receives flop warning

Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports / Reuters

This was a fairly easy call to make.

The NBA slapped Los Angeles Clippers shooting guard J.J. Redick with a flop warning for his silly and blatantly obvious flop during Wednesday's game against the Atlanta Hawks.

Redick exaggerated contact that wasn't there to draw a phantom shooting foul on Hawks swingman Kent Bazemore. The called forced Bazemore to the bench with his third foul in the first half, while Redick toed the line for two free throws.

The Clippers went on to win the game 85-83.
