Terry (coach's decision) didn't play in Monday's 112-111 win over the Pelicans.

Analysis:

With Patrick Beverley (35 minutes) playing well in the contest, interim coach J.B. Bickerstaff opted to run a shorter rotation, which enabled Ty Lawson to stick as the backup point guard but left no court time available for Terry. It's unlikely that will always be the case for Terry, who has appeared in 39 of the Rockets' 47 games this season, but given that he's only averaging 17.3 minutes on the campaign, he doesn't really have much upside.
