Tyreke Evans: Feels pain in knee Monday

Evans was suffering from pain in his right knee during Monday's game against the Magic and will likely undergo an MRI on Tuesday, Jim Eichenhofer of Pelicans.com reports.

Evans saw just 16 minutes of action Monday as coach Alvin Gentry elected to keep him sidelined after getting word of the injury. The former Rookie of the Year has a long history of right knee problems, but the severity of his current issue won't be known until the results of his expected MRI are made public.
