Luol Deng: Forced to leave with eye injury

Deng was forced to leave Wednesday's game against the Wizards with an eye injury, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Analysis:

Deng suffered the injury when he was poked in the eye by the Wizards' Kelly Oubre in the fourth quarter of a blowout, so it's unclear if he would have been able to return under normal circumstances. He finished with 16 points (5-11 FG, 3-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT) and eight rebounds over 36 minutes. We'll monitor his status, but until we hear more, consider him questionable for Friday's game against Toronto.
