Analysis:

After going into overtime with the Cavaliers on Tuesday night, the Mavericks will rest a number of starters for the second time in a week. The same situation unfolded last Wednesday following a double-overtime win over the Kings, and this time Dallas will hold out Wes Matthews, Chandler Parsons and Dirk Nowitzki, in addition to Williams. Raymond Felton, Devin Harris and J.J. Barea should each see increased minutes in Williams' absence.
