Hornets' Batum to return to lineup vs. Nuggets

Charlotte Hornets shooting guard Nicolas Batum will return to the lineup Sunday after a four-game absence, according to Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer.

Batum has missed the last four contests with a sprained toe, with Charlotte going winless without the 27-year-old.

The French native has turned into one of the biggest offseason additions this season, averaging 16.3 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 5.2 assists. Batum is also shooting 37 percent from beyond the arc and posting a player efficiency rating of 17.25.

Losers of its last six, Charlotte will try and snap its streak against the Denver Nuggets at the Pepsi Center.
