LeBron, Wade lead East All-Star starters

LeBron James and Dwyane Wade will reunite once again to lead the Eastern Conference All-Stars, and the pair will be joined in the East's starting lineup by Paul George, Carmelo Anthony, and Kyle Lowry, who overtook Kyrie Irving for the final starting spot with a late push.

It was the second consecutive season that Lowry overcame a sizable deficit during the final round of balloting, results revealed Thursday. The Toronto Raptors point guard trailed Irving by roughly 30,000 votes as of Jan. 14 after trailing Wade by roughly 100,000 votes last year.

James was the only Eastern Conference player to receive at least 1 million votes, while Anthony held off a late Pau Gasol surge by only 360 votes - the slimmest margin in recent memory, if not in All-Star voting history.

George's inclusion marks another milestone in the Indiana Pacers superstar's return from a devastating leg injury during the summer of 2014.
