Knicks' O'Quinn out again vs. Cavaliers with sprained ankle

Ankle injuries are plaguing the New York Knicks. The ailment will force big man Kyle O'Quinn to miss his second outing in a row Wednesday.
The 25-year-old center won't play against the Cleveland Cavaliers due to a sprained right ankle.
In 23 appearances off the bench, O'Quinn's averaging 5.1 points and 4.7 rebounds in 13.7 minutes per game.
All-Star Carmelo Anthony has already been ruled out for the contest with an ankle injury.
