Nuggets' Gallinari will not play vs. Lakers

Denver Nuggets swingman Danilo Gallinari will not play against the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday, according to BSN Denver's Harrison Wind.
The 27-year-old Italian exited Sunday's game versus the New Orleans Pelicans in the third quarter after sustaining an ankle sprain.
Tuesday's absence will mark the 6-foot-10 sharpshooter's first full-game absence this season.
Nuggets head coach Mike Malone may look to either Will Barton or Kostas Papanikolaou to help fill the void left by Gallinari, who's averaging 17.3 points per game.
