Clippers' Paul, Redick will play vs. Timberwolves

Good news emerged from the Los Angeles Clippers' camp ahead of Monday's matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

According to Dan Woike of the Orange County Register, both Chris Paul and J.J. Redick will play Monday night in Minneapolis.

Paul was initially ruled out for the contest, while Redick had been listed as questionable, earlier in the day.

A rib injury has kept Paul out of the last two games.

Redick had missed his team's previous match against the Orlando Magic due to an ankle injury which Clippers head coach Doc Rivers deemed "not awful".

The Clippers are hoping to keep the proverbial ball rolling on Monday, having won four of their last five games, as seven of their next eight contests will come on the road.

The return of Paul - their fearless leader and floor general - and Redick - their most reliable long-range shooter - will certainly help the Clippers in that regard, as they look to further cushion their 11-9 record.
