Ellis (back) said his back is still sore, but he expects to play Tuesday against the Warriors, Nate Taylor of the Indianapolis Star reports.

Analysis:

Ellis took a knee to the back against Portland on Thursday, limiting him to just two points on one field-goal attempt in 18 minutes. He played through discomfort Saturday against the Jazz, struggling to a 2-of-11 shooting night. While Ellis admitted that he's still not 100 percent, it doesn't sound as though he plans to take any time off, as he was full participant in Monday's practice. Following Tuesday's game, the Pacers get two days off before hosting Miami on Friday night.
