Hood, Burke active for Jazz vs. Pelicans

Shooting guard Rodney Hood started for the Utah Jazz Saturday against the New Orleans Pelicans. Backup point guard Trey Burke also played.

Both had been dealing with back spasms. While neither missed any full contests, Burke left Wednesday's win over the Los Angeles Clippers due to discomfort.

Hood is a tremendous defender, and a rapidly improving player. Burke has become a reliable perimeter threat for the Jazz.

The Jazz were without power forward Derrick Favors for the contest.
