Mo Williams: Will play Wednesday evening

Williams (ankle) said Wednesday morning that he would return to the starting lineup later in evening against the Raptors, Chris Haynes of Cleveland.com reports.

His replacement in the starting lineup for the last two games, Matthew Dellevadova (ankle), will come off the bench if he's cleared to play, while third-stringer Jared Cunningham would see his minutes decline in such a scenario.
