Deng (hamstring) didn't practice Tuesday, but he will travel with the team for Wednesday's game in Detroit, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Analysis:

Deng has been nursing a left hamstring injury for the last few days, but he played through the ailment in Monday's win over the Knicks, finishing with nine points and three rebounds in 31 minutes. Reports after the game intimated that the Heat may rest Deng on Wednesday, but it appears as though a decision won't be made until closer to game time, and his decision to travel with the team should earn him a questionable designation. In the event Deng is ultimately held out, the Heat would likely start rookie Justise Winslow or veteran Gerald Green in his place. Deng said Tuesday that he's essentially a 50-50 call for Wednesday's game, but it's worth noting that if he doesn't play, he could also sit out Friday in New York to get a full week's worth of rehab.
