Durant returns to Thunder lineup against Jazz

Kevin Durant suited up and started Monday when the Oklahoma City Thunder visited the Utah Jazz.

Durant was set to have no restrictions in the game.

It had been reported earlier in the day that Durant would make his return from a hamstring injury sometime this week. The six-time All-Star missed the past six games after sustaining the injury in a visit to the Wizards in his hometown of Washington on Nov. 10.

The 27-year-old superstar is averaging 28.1 points, 7.3 rebounds, and three assists in eight games, while shooting a scorching 44.7 percent from beyond the arc. The Thunder are 2-3 this season with Durant out of the lineup, with Russell Westbrook's numbers predictably shooting up in his absence.

Westbrook has averaged 29.5 points in the Thunder's last four contests.
