Aldridge out again as Spurs host Suns

LaMarcus Aldridge sat out his second straight game Monday with a left ankle issue when the San Antonio Spurs host the Phoenix Suns.

Aldridge originally hurt the ankle in Friday's loss to the New Orleans Pelicans, but managed to return to the contest. He sat out the next night against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Aldridge's offseason free-agency decision came down to the Spurs and the Suns. David West will start in Aldridge's slot at power forward.
