Analysis:

Splitter departed Saturday's loss to Cleveland with a right hip injury, and while his absence Monday isn't exactly encouraging, coach Mike Budenholzer told the media that the Hawks haven't ruled Splitter out for Tuesday's game against the Celtics. Budenholzer said Splitter will be evaluated after shootaround Tuesday, at which point a decision on his status will be made.
