Smith has reportedly been accused of confronting Justin Brown outside a pizzeria at 4 a.m. on Nov. 13 after the 19-year-old berated Smith for turning down a photo.

The NYPD filed a report for the incident but sources tell the Daily News the initial report is "lost."

Smith denounced the accusation on Twitter:

He isn't facing any charges related to the incident.
