VIDEO: Kristaps Porzingis had Nuggets Carmelo Anthony jersey when he was younger

The people cannot get enough of Kristaps Porzingis.

While on a ride along with VICE Sports, the New York Knicks rookie admitted that when he was younger he had the jersey of his current teammate Carmelo Anthony.

"I actually had a Carmelo jersey from the Denver Nuggets," Porzingis explained. "I was a fan of Carmelo for sure."

He also gave us valuable insight into the beautiful cornrows he had as a kid.

"My hair was already so long I don't know whose idea it was to make those cornrows … It went on for like two years, that was my hairstyle all the time," Porzingis said. "I guess it was the NBA because a lot of guys at the time had those. I just wanted to be like them and I had long hair already. So, it was kind've cool at the time, sure."

Pretty cool.
