Warriors' Livingston out vs. Clippers with hip flexor strain

Brad Rempel-USA TODAY Sports

Golden State Warriors backup point guard Shaun Livingston will not play in Thursday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers at Staples Center.

Livingston sat out Golden State's 115-110 win over the Toronto Raptors at Oracle Arena on Tuesday thanks to the injury.

His absence likely means more minutes for Andre Iguodala, Leandro Barbosa, and Ian Clark in the Warriors' backcourt.

Livingston is averaging 4.7 points and 2.2 assists on 47.8 percent shooting from the field through 11 games for the undefeated Warriors.
