Suns' Morris out vs. Lakers with knee injury

Ed Szczepanski-USA TODAY Sports

The Phoenix Suns will be without Markieff Morris again when they host the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday, as the power forward continues to deal with a sprained left knee.

This will mark the second consecutive game missed for Morris, who also sat out Saturday's blowout victory over the Denver Nuggets.

Morris has averaged 13 points and five rebounds in 25 minutes per game through eight contests thus far, with Jon Leuer set to replace him in Phoenix's starting lineup again on Monday.
