Suns' Morris questionable vs. Lakers

Richard Mackson / USA TODAY Sports

Phoenix Suns forward Markieff Morris is questionable for Monday's game versus the Los Angeles Lakers, according to the Arizona Republic's Paul Coro.

The fifth-year pro missed Saturday's contest against the Denver Nuggets - his first absence of the 2015-16 campaign - due to a strained knee.

Suns head coach Jeff Hornacek could once again tab big man Jon Leuer as Morris' replacement Monday.

Morris is averaging 13 points, five rebounds, and 1.3 assists through eight games this season.
