George Hill: Won't play Monday

Hill (upper respiratory infection) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Bulls.

Analysis:

Hill didn't even travel with the Pacers to Chicago, suggesting the illness that he's dealing with is worse than the typical cold. The Pacers will see how he progresses back in Indiana over the next two days before determining if he'll be available for Wednesday's game against the Sixers. In Hill's absence, Monta Ellis is expected to move over to point guard, while Chase Budinger looks like the top candidate to enter the starting lineup at shooting guard. Joseph Young will serve as the Pacers' top backup at the point with Rodney Stuckey (right ankle sprain) also sidelined Monday.
