Knicks' Afflalo still out, won't play vs. Bucks Friday

The New York Knicks began their regular season in Milwaukee against the Bucks without Arron Afflalo in the lineup, and that trend will continue when the Bucks visit Madison Square Garden Friday.

Afflalo will not play in Friday's game, and he's still yet to suit up for New York in the regular season as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury. The 30-year-old was set to practice Thursday, but the Knicks are taking a cautious approach with him this early in the season.

One of New York's big offseason free-agent additions alongside Robin Lopez, Afflalo is the team's clear-cut starter at the two when healthy. Once he finally gets going, he'll be looking to improve on what was a down year in 2014-15 that was split between the Denver Nuggets and Portland Trail Blazers.
