Dallas Mavericks center Zaza Pachulia needed one shot attempt for each "Za" in his first name on one particular play against the Charlotte Hornets Thursday night.

And yet, he still couldn't cash in on a pair of prime scoring opportunities.

After being blocked by Hornets defensive specialist Nicolas Batum on a point-blank layup attempt, Pachulia had two additional chances to contribute two points to his his team's total.

Alas, Zaza's two points were not meant to be.
