Bucks' Carter-Williams, Henson doubtful vs. Knicks Friday; Mayo out

Brad Penner-USA TODAY Sports

The Milwaukee Bucks are slowly getting bodies back in the form of sophomores Jabari Parker and Tyler Ennis, but those who remain on the sidelines still need a bit more time to heal their respective aches and pains.

Point guard Michael Carter-Williams and John Henson have both been ruled doubtful for Friday night's game against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. Backup guard O.J. Mayo will also sit that game out.

Henson, 24, took part in light drills during team practice Thursday, giving him a better (if still slim) chance of competing against New York, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinal's Charles Gardner.

Carter-Williams is dealing with a strained left ankle which forced him to sit out a 91-87 win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday. Henson has missed all but the first game of the season with a sore Achilles, while Mayo has yet to suit up due to a right hamstring injury.
