O.J. Mayo (hamstring) is out for Friday's game against the Knicks, CF Gardner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Mayo (hamstring) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Knicks, Charles F. Gardner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Analysis:

Mayo has yet to suit up this season, with his right hamstring strain set to keep him grounded for a sixth straight game. Though Mayo looked to be the starter at shooting guard out of the gate before suffering the injury, the Bucks have since returned Jabari Parker (knee) to the lineup to fill out their starting five, leaving a bench role waiting for Mayo when he returns.
