Williams active for Mavericks against Lakers

Deron Williams of the Dallas Mavericks has been listed as active for Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
The oft-injured point guard had been listed as questionable after missing Thursday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. A day earlier, the 11-year veteran suffered a left knee contusion in the season opener against the Phoenix Suns.
The Mavericks have been in Los Angeles since late Wednesday and return home after the game for a Tuesday home date with the Toronto Raptors.
