Report: Warriors' Bogut likely out next 2 games with concussion

Golden State Warriors center Andrew Bogut is not expected to travel with the team on its upcoming road trip and will miss the next two games with a concussion, reports Bay Area News Group's Diamond Leung.

Bogut was diagnosed with the concussion Wednesday, after a head-to-head collision with New Orleans Pelicans forward Dante Cunningham in Tuesday's season opener.

The Dubs have grown accustomed to playing without their oft-injured center, and have a stable of capable big men to insert into the Aussie's spot.

Festus Ezeli, Marreese Speights, Jason Thompson, James Michael McAdoo, or Draymond Green could all be called upon to start in place of Bogut.

Bogut's rim-protecting tendencies will likely be missed by his club, as Golden State's next two games are against teams who boast dynamic big men in the Houston Rockets, and the Pelicans.

The 30-year-old will have to pass the league's concussion protocol before being cleared for game action.
