Jazz sign E.J. Singler

The Utah Jazz signed forward E.J. Singler, the team announced Wednesday.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The 25-year-old Oregon product went undrafted in 2013, and joined the Idaho Stampede for the 2013-14 campaign.

He posted averages of 14.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.2 assists in 28.2 minutes over 22 games for the Jazz's D-League affiliate.

After playing with BC Kalev/Cramo in the Estonian League last season, the younger brother of Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kyle Singler returns stateside to join the Jazz.

With the regular season just days away, this signing may be aimed at sending Singler to the Stampede for a second time.

Utah's roster now stands at 16 players.
