Dudley had lower-back surgery during the offseason to repair a herniated disc, and the Wizards have limited him throughout the preseason so he can be ready for the regular season. As a consequence, he's likely to see only limited minutes in his preseason debut. Being that he's an eight-year veteran, the lack of reps in the preseason shouldn't be overly concerning for Dudley's viability in the early goings of the 2015-16 campaign.
