Former NBA forward Lamar Odom used cocaine and sexual enhancement supplements prior to being found unconscious in a brothel in Crystal, Nev., on Tuesday.

The Nye County Sheriff's office, who were the first responders in Odom's case, held a press conference Wednesday afternoon and revealed the details of Odom's dispatch.

Richard Hunter, media director of Dennis Hof's Love Ranch, and one other patron requested an ambulance for Odom, who was found unconscious but breathing, with blood and white substance coming from his nose and mouth.

The reporting parties indicated to Nye County police that Odom had taken up to 10 sexual enhancement tablets during a three-day period. They also said Odom used cocaine Saturday, but it's unclear as to whether the cocaine use continued throughout his stay.

First responders stabilized Odom on the scene, before transporting him to Desert View Hospital in Pahrump. After being treated by physicians, arrangements were made for Odom to be transported to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, where he continues to receive treatment.

A Nye County communications officer indicated that Odom's case is ongoing. Detectives in the case have since investigated the Love Ranch and been granted a search warrant for Odom's blood, which was obtained and is now awaiting lab submission for processing.
