Ross (ankle) won't travel with the team for its preseason game in Ottawa on Wednesday against the Timberwolves, Josh Lewenberg of TSN 1050 reports.

Analysis:

Ross rolled his surgically-repaired left ankle during Monday's win over Minnesota, and he'll stay back in Toronto for treatment as the team makes the trip to Ottawa for a rematch with the Wolves. At this point, the injury doesn't appear to be serious enough to impact Ross' regular-season status.
