Seraphin (knee) is listed as doubtful for Monday's matchup with the Sixers, Ian Begley of ESPN New York reports.

Analysis:

The injury isn't considered serious, but the Knicks will likely remain cautious with the big man and hold him out during Monday's outing. His next chance to return will be on Friday against the Celtics, but the Knicks aren't going to rush him back, as it's only preseason. Seraphin will more than likely be ready for the start of the regular season, but doesn't have a clear path to consistent playing time, as Robin Lopez, Kristaps Porzingis, Kyle O'Quinn, and perhaps Derrick Williams appear to rank ahead of him in the pecking order for frontcourt minutes.
