Analysis:

Anderson's left ankle injury is quickly morphing into a larger issue than the Wizards expected, as he has yet to see any involvement during training camp. At this point, it's tough to predict if he'll heal up in time to take the court during the preseason, which could prevent him from opening the regular season as a member of coach Randy Wittman's rotation.
