Harris is in line for an expanded role with the Nuggets throughout the 2015-16 season, the Denver Post reports. "It's a huge season. I don't think that because other people are saying it. I just think it's going to be a huge season for myself personally, just for me," Harris said.

Analysis:

Harris is entering his second NBA campaign and is expected to see an increase in minutes after he was treated with kid gloves for much of his rookie season. Before doling out an added workload to Harris, the Nuggets will need him to prove in camp that he's the franchise shooting guard they figured they were getting in the first round of the 2014 draft. Harris' underwhelming production as a rookie was a byproduct of limited minutes, but with Randy Foye and Wilson Chandler not viewed as a long-term solutions in the starting lineup, there's a definite opportunity for Harris to claim a regular role.
