At Monday's media day, Morris declined to talk about his issues with the Suns' front office this offseason, Paul Coro of AZCentral.com reports. "I want to be here," Morris told reporters.

Analysis:

It's difficult to discern whether Morris' comments were genuine, especially considering the vehement nature of his trade demands over the summer. As recently as earlier this month, Morris was adamant that he wouldn't play for Phoenix this season, tweeting on Sept. 4 that his "future will not be in Phoenix." Upset with the team's decision to trade his twin brother, Marcus, to the Pistons earlier this offseason, Morris apparently felt betrayed by the organization. It's unclear whether the two sides have made amends, but at this point, it appears Morris will be present when training camp gets underway.
