Let the good times roll.

The New Orleans Pelicans held a special press conference Thursday afternoon to unveil their new "Mardi Gras Pride" alternate jerseys for the 2015-16 season.

In a change from the original Mardi Gras set worn when the franchise was still known as the Hornets, these jerseys have sleeves, and are solid purple on both the front and back.

This color scheme was teased earlier in the summer when an NBA memo featuring alternate uniforms for a number of teams was leaked to the public.

Pelicans players Anthony Davis, Jrue Holiday, Ryan Anderson, and Quincy Pondexter were all decked out in the new duds, although Pondexter was a tad skeptical over having to wear sleeves, joking about how he wouldn't be able to show off his "guns" (biceps) that he's been working on all summer.
